✅ Deposit/book by = September 17th, 2025 ✅ Final payment due = December 31st, 2025 **Steps to Book:** 1️⃣ Read the FAQ – Start by reviewing the "FAQ" tab to understand additional details about the booking process. 2️⃣ Decide Your Room Type – Visit Secrets Moxche website, linked here, and decide which room you want and the dates of your stay. **Important** to not book directly through the website, but proceed to step #3. 3️⃣ Email Travel Agent – Send a note to Carol Salden at sojerntravel@comcast.net with the above information to secure your hotel reservation. 4️⃣ Add Travel Insurance (Optional) – If you wish to protect your investment 💰, consider adding travel insurance during the booking process. 5️⃣ Confirm Your Booking – After completing all steps, make sure you have received a confirmation email with all the details. You can access that link at anytime to make additional payments. 6️⃣ Forward Your Flight Information – Once you've booked your hotel and secured your airfare, please email your flight details to Carol at sojerntravel@comcast.net for transportation coordination. **Note:** You only need to pay a deposit for the room at this time.
