Is there a payment plan? 💰
Answer
Yes! Initial deposits are due on September 17, 2025. There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. Final payments are due on December 17th, 2025.

What about airfare? ✈️

Flights are available!!! ❗IMPORTANT❗ Once you book your airfare, please forward your flight information to Carol at sojerntravel@comcast.net. She will secure your transportation to/from the resort based on your arrival/departure times. Guests who do not submit their air information will forfeit their included transfers. The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN) ✈️. Transportation is only included from this airport. The resort is approximately 45 minutes from the airport.

Is travel insurance required? 🤷♀️
Answer
Since group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. The cost of insurance varies based on your age, state of residency, and trip cost, and will be quoted for each individual guest. Without insurance, there are no refunds for changes to your plans, and you won’t have medical coverage for mishaps or emergencies, as your U.S. health insurance may not cover you outside the United States.

What if I paid a deposit, but no longer can attend?

Please email Carol Salden, sojerntravel@comcast.net right away and she can assist you! You will get your deposit returned to you and the room will get released. *Travel Insurance is non refundable

Do I need a passport? 📄
Answer
👀 Y'all better check the expiration dates!! 👀 All international travelers are required to have a passport book (not a passport card, enhanced driver’s license, or SENTRI card) for air travel. If you already have a passport, make sure to check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends having at least 6 months of validity remaining on your passport after your return trip date. For more details on the application process, visit the U.S. Department of State website.
