We recommend arriving at the Licenciado Gustravo Diaz Ordaz International Airport in Puerto Vallarta (PVR) on Saturday November 22, 2025 by 2:30 PM. There will be a couple shuttles available from the airport. Please update your RSVP with your flight details and we will arrange the shuttles to accommodate as many folks as possible. 

Please see below for suggested accommodation options which are all near the venues. There are plenty of great Airbnbs in the area as well!

We would recommend checking in on November 22nd and checking out on November 25th.
