Welcome! We are getting married on October 18th, 2020 at the Magnolia Acres estate in Columbia, Tennessee with our immediate families. We met 17 years ago in college, but it took us a really long time to transition from just good friends to something more. For most of that time, we lived in different cities and countries, with just the occasional hangout to catch-up on life. An international trip early last year with several days together got us to finally see what had been there all along. It took subsequent trips together, regular weekend treks between New York City and Washington, D.C., and a global pandemic for us to decide to spend the rest of our lives together. Arjun works for the U.S. Government, and realized early in the relationship that he had been mis-pronouncing Nishtha's name the whole time (it is Nishtha with a hard T), and has since fixed this. He is mildly obsessed with his gym (F45), Game of Thrones, and collecting animal-themed knick-knacks. His preferred way to handle stress is to trim his beard by about a millimeter, and he insists on both washing his hands AND using hand sanitizer at every possible opportunity. Nishtha works at a hedge fund in New York City and hates sharing personal information about herself on the internet. However, she is willing to share with you that she loves being cozy on the couch with a blanket, has an obsession with Korean sunscreen, and puts chaat masala on foods that definitely do not qualify as chaat.
