We met in what we affectionately call “Summa ’22” the summer of 2022 When I caught Terrence’s eye in my best friend’s Facebook story. What began as a simple introduction quickly became something special. From long phone conversations and endless laughter to evenings spent on the patio listening to music, our connection felt easy from the very beginning. While our love came naturally, life hasn’t always been easy. Together we’ve navigated career changes, seasons of uncertainty, heartbreak, and the devastating loss of my mother. Through every challenge, God’s grace carried us and revealed a love rooted in patience, compassion, respect, and friendship. Along the way, our families blended beautifully, and our children became inseparable. What began as two separate lives slowly became one shared story. Today, we are grateful to begin our forever journey together. As we step into this next chapter, we do so hand in hand, trusting God’s plan and dreaming about the future we’re building together, including one day calling Texas home. Our story is a reminder that some of Gods greatest blessings arrive when you least expect them.
