Our Wedding Party

The Wedding Website of Josiah Soto and Arielle Jones
Our wedding party is our circle—they have held space for us, laughed with us, prayed for us, challenged us, and stood with us through every chapter that led to this one. Beneath each name, you’ll find a few words from the heart—Josiah sharing what his groomsmen mean to him, and Arielle sharing what her bridesmaids mean to her. These aren’t just titles; they are relationships that anchor us. These are the people who hold us up, who make us laugh, who ground us, and who have loved us into becoming who we are today. We’re thankful beyond words for each person here.

Jamaise Wilson

Matron of Honor

"With Jamaise, I’ve always been able to breathe a little deeper. She’s the friend who sees me clearly and reminds me to see myself the same way. Her love and support have shaped so much of my confidence and growth. She’s been a light in so many seasons of my life, and it means everything to have her with me as I step into this one."

Jarrod Santiago

Best Man

'Love..."bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things"- 1 Corinthians 13:7 Jarrod is one of the most loving and lovable people you will ever meet. I'm used to being the one to look out for others, be there for them, and make sure they succeed. Jarrod was no exception, but along the way Jarrod taught me it's ok for others to be there for me as well. Jarrod's role in my life these past 20 years, his hopefulness, optimism, loyal love and resiliency, not only taught me how to care for someone but how to be cared for as well. The world needs more Jarrods. Love you bro.

Kiersten Jones

Maid of Honor

"Keke is my little sister, but she’s also one of the people who knows me the best without me ever having to explain a thing. She’s been my comfort, my chaos, my built-in encouragement, and the one who can make me breathe easier just by walking into the room. Loving her has always come naturally, and watching her grow has been one of my quiet joys. Having her with me for this moment feels like bringing a piece of home with me down the aisle."

CJ Felder

Best Bro

"There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother"- Proverbs 18:24 Loyalty and honesty aren't enough to describe the man that is CJ. CJ is someone who will always stand up for those he loves no matter if he's the only one standing in a room of thousands. And he will be the only person to tell you "I wouldn't say 'dad-bod', you're look more like that one uncle who lost everything and lives in his parents basement". So, when he says "You know I got you... I love you too bro... you're one of the best people I know" you know for sure he really means it. I love you bro. CJ's a real one and more than deserves his own title. That’s why CJ is my Best Bro.

Jade Bacon

Bridesmaid

"Jade, my twin cousin, has been by my side literally all my life. She’s the first person who ever showed me what true friendship looks like—protective, loyal, and full of heart. She’s more than family; she’s my built-in best friend, my mirror, my safe place. In this moment, I’m reminded that so much of how I love came from her. I’m so grateful to have her standing with me on this day."

Saul Parker

Groomsman

BRRROOOO! It seems like only yesterday that we were pioneering together & counting down the seconds for our Starbucks break lol I have only 2 siblings, Genesis & Saul. We’ve both grown and learned a lot from each other. I look up to Saul so much, his endurance, drive, humility & genuine care for others has helped trained me what it means to be a true brother & is my example of the type of Spiritual head I want to be for Arielle. Love you bro. Romans 5:3-5

Azeeza Alabi

Bridesmaid

"Azeeza is the friend who always brings me back to center. She has this quiet, gentle way of reminding me of what really matters and encouraging me to see the blessings right in front of me. Her presence feels peaceful, grounding, and full of purpose. I’m so grateful that Jehovah brought her into my life, and I’m honored to have her with me as I step into this next chapter."

Nick Jordan

Groomsman

When I joined the Severna Park ASL congregation in 2016, I joined a family and Nick & his wife J’nae were one of the first ones there welcoming me into it. You went from being my patient at the chiropractor office to being one of my best friends. From helping me out in a new congregation where I was the only young single brother, to partying so hard the fire alarm goes off, to singing for hours until my voice goes out, you’re one of my day onez, and thank you for being family to me. Love you bro. Mark 10:30

Genesis Soto

Bridesmaid

"When I first met Genesis, I didn’t know what our relationship would become—but now I couldn’t imagine my world without her. She’s warm, funny, genuine, and she brings such a beautiful energy into every space she’s in. She isn’t just part of the circle; she makes the circle whole. I’m so thankful that loving Josiah also means loving her, too."

Tyler Booker

Groomsman

I take life seriously, in every way you can think of, at all times… unless Tyler’s there, then life goes out the window and we both acting like 5 year olds until one of our girls calls us by our full government name & tells us to sit down. They might call us a bad influence, I say a needed one. I thank you for showing me the difference between taking life seriously and taking yourself too seriously. You’ve helped me get through some really hard times these past years and I thank you for being someone I can always count on to get me out of my head. Thank you for teaching me how laughter can be the best medicine. Love you bro. Proverbs 17:22

April Cerda

Bridesmaid

It’s a long-standing joke that I’m a little bit like Dory — my mind moves fast, I get distracted, and sometimes I forget exactly where I’m headed. With so much love and patience, she always helps me reroute — directionally, mentally, and emotionally. She has this beautiful way of helping me pause, laugh at myself, and refocus. I’m so excited to have her stand beside me as I walk into this next chapter.

Kenneth Wilson

Groomsman

Ken, I thank Jehovah for you & Jamaise for the way you both have supported me during the good & bad, have had my back, and have gone out of your way to help me when I needed it most. It’s crazy how much of an impact you’ve had on my life in such a short amount of time. Ken is the type of man who after a 500hr long shift at the firehouse, will come help you in the middle of the night without thinking twice about it. He’s an amazing example of self-sacrifice and one I have learned a lot from. Love you bro. Proverbs 17:17
