Kaplan/ Romano Wedding Block. You must call to use the code. There is no option to use the code and reserve using the block online, you must call the hotel directly. The block is for the following room layouts: Two Queen Beds: $189/ night One Queen Bed: $189/ night One King Bed: $189/ night Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am The block expires 30 days prior to our arrival date. However, we need you to RSVP by March 22 for the other events (Wedding, Welcome Dinner, Recovery Breakfast) for headcount purposes so you may as well book your hotel by then too. Feel free to stay as long as you'd prefer! We welcome you to stay both Friday and Saturday night to extend our time together, checking in on July 21 and checking out on July 23. This way, you can join us for our Welcome Dinner and Recovery Breakfast, but please do what suits you best. The sooner you book, the closer to us and the rest of the group your room will be placed. When the rooms on our floor fill up, you'll be placed on a different floor further away from us- and we want you close! So call when you can :)
