Answer

The Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek: 14651 Chelonia Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32821 The "Bonnet Creek Resorts" are on Disney property located off Buena Vista Drive between the Riviera Resort and Disney Springs. It is accessible off the I-4 through any of the Disneyworld exits. Once you are on Chelonia Parkway, you can take a left at the stop sign. Follow the path up and right toward the hotel lobby, and then take a right into the garage or use valet at the lobby entrance as desired. The wedding ceremony is in the Bonnet Creek Ballroom which is located just off the main lobby. The cocktail hour and reception will be on the level below. Stairs and an elevator are located just outside the ceremony space. Signage will be present to help guide, and hotel staff are ready to assist with any questions!

Yes and no. There is a discounted room rate for our guests located here: https://book.passkey.com/go/CraneGaloWedding However, the rooms are not guaranteed to be directly beside each other. When booking you can either leave an additional request on the booking to be near other wedding guests, adjoining rooms, close to an elevator, etc as desired. Answer

There is complimentary same-day self-parking for all guests. The parking is located in the garage, to the right of the lobby entrance. Guests are welcome to use valet, but would still need to pay the full amount. Guests staying at the hotel get a discounted daily parking rate through the group rate.

What's the dress code?What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. The bridal party will have full length dresses for the ladies and suits for the men. However, as our guests, you are more than welcome to come in what feels comfortable for you. We expect there to be a lot of dancing, so dress accordingly! All aspects of the wedding will be indoors, so no need to worry about Florida summer weather.

What's for dinner?What's for dinner?

Answer

The reception will feature a plated dinner starting at 6pm in the Ponce de Leon Ballroom. The options for dinner are: Pan-seared Chicken Supreme, Braised-Short Rib, Eggplant Parmesan (GF, V). There is also a kids option for guests 3-12 years old: Fruit Cup, Chicken Fingers, French Fries and Soda/Juice Selections can be made through the RSVP on this site or by filling out the RSVP form in the invitations and mailing it back to the bride and groom at 8123 Champions Circle Apt 107, Davenport, FL 33896. Selections must be made by July 12th.

Not an official one, no. However, the space for the cocktail hour, Tesoro Cove, is the hotel's breakfast restaurant. The bride and groom will be at the hotel all day Sunday to see guests off as well.
