We had our first date at the Miller's Ale House back in February 2024, and the rest is history. We were immediately in love. The moment Ariel laid his eyes on Shannon, he knew. Especially when she let him watch the Knicks game on the first date. For Shannon, it was Ariel's Goku chain that revealed to her that under all his Brooklyn swag was just a boy with a good heart. Our favorite past time became cooking new foods, exploring new places, trying new drinks, and of course watching the same old Knicks--on TV and even in person every time they've played Orlando. Now both working for the mouse, we have spent many magic-filled nights under fireworks, but our true favorite place to be is home with our families. After nearly two years of playing cards, taking trips to Ireland and Honduras, and countless memories made with friends and family, Ariel proposed on January 2nd, 2026 at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. We walked the estate all the way down to a waterfall on a hiking trail. At the top of the waterfall on a little bridge overlooking a pond, Ariel got down on one knee and made Shannon the happiest woman in the world with an emerald and gold claddagh ring. And the rest is history in the making... a history we are so excited that YOU get to be a part of!
