Whether you're looking for food, hikes, breweries or snorkeling we've got recommendations! P.S. The state parks in Hawaii are all completely FREE. The national parks do cost $30/vehicle. Also don't forget your 'reef-safe' sunscreen, or you can pick some up when you get to the Big Island! It helps to protect the coral reefs around the island. If you bring your own make sure they don't contain Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Octocrylene, Homosalate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, PABA, Parabens or Triclosan. **Look for one that says 'reef safe' or just grab it when you get there**

Kiluea Iki trail, drive to see the ocean, Hike lava tubes. Grab dinner on the Crater Rim resturant. Also - active flows are currently happening along Devastation Trail.

Snorkeling at Captain Cook

You can hike down - but the hike is not for the inexperienced, and don't forget plenty of water. Better yet, find a group/tour to take you out there, there are a million of them and they all take you to the same places :D
