12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
While the event is semi-formal/formal, please be aware that flats are heavily advised. The ground is not paved on the island.
The ceremony will be held at Inchcolm Abbey, and Maid of the Forth will be transporting us to the island. You don't need to worry about tickets or anything - just meet at the pier to board. The boat leaves at 12:15, but it is best to get there 15min early to allow loading, parking, etc. There are busses and a train station that can get you to South Queensferry and to the Maid of the Forth. There will be food and drinks available on the boat on the way over. Please let us know if you guys have dietary concerns. There is a link here to the island and the abbey if you're interested in learning about the venue: https://www.historicenvironment.scot/visit-a-place/places/inchcolm-abbey/history/ https://www.maidoftheforth.co.uk/inchcolm-abbey The island also has a population of gulls that nest over the summer. They should be mostly on the opposite side of the island.
