Once you arrive at the airport, a complimentary shuttle will be arranged to take you directly to the hotel. The ride is approximately one hour, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the start of your getaway! We’ll be sharing more details closer to the date to help make your travel smooth and stress-free. Booking Deadline: To guarantee your discounted rate and room availability, all reservations must be booked and paid in full by October 1, 2025. Want to Extend Your Stay? First, book your room for the main wedding dates using the link. Once confirmed, email your confirmation number and desired extension dates to hxroominglist@hotelxcaret.com. Discounted rates can apply for up to 3 nights before and after the room block, subject to availability. If you’re sure about needing extra nights, let us know so we can adjust the room block. Included Airport Transportation Hotel Xcaret offers complimentary round-trip transportation between the airport and the hotel as part of their ALL FUN INCLUSIVE package. To use this service: You must present a valid boarding pass at check-in and check-out. Your flight dates must match your hotel stay dates. If they don’t match, transportation won’t be provided, and you'll need to arrange your own transfer. What You Need to Do After booking your flights: Share your flight information with the hotel to confirm your transportation. The shuttle service is available for any dates you choose to stay at the resort, not just for the wedding dates, if you choose to extend your travel. The airport shuttle offers multiple pickup and drop-off times based on your arrival and departure. Passport Reminder Please make sure your passport is valid if traveling from the United States. You'll need it to enter Mexico, and it’s a good idea to double-check early just in case it needs renewing. Arriving at Hotel Xcaret We recommend arriving at the resort as early as possible on your check-in day. Even if your room isn’t quite ready, you can check your luggage at the front desk and begin enjoying the resort immediately—grab a bite, explore the pools, or even head out on your first Xcaret adventure! Departure Tips We suggest booking your departure flight as late as possible so you can make the most of your final day in paradise. On the day you check out, you’re welcome to continue enjoying the resort until it’s time for your airport shuttle. Hospitality rooms are available so you can shower and change before leaving—perfect if you have a later flight. Getting There Please fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Complimentary shuttle transportation is provided by Hotel Xcaret and will take you directly to the resort (about a 60-minute ride). No separate transportation booking is needed—just look for the Xcaret team at the airport.
