Mystic Seaport Museum
A must do if you have time to spare in Mystic! A very unique museum that transports you back in time to an old New England seaside port.
Olde Mystic Village
We love Olde Mystic Village! With so many different shops and restaurants, we always find something new to explore here. Our welcome party venue, The Jealous Monk, is located in Olde Mystic Village, so we encourage everyone who is attending to come early to take advantage of the sights and shops!
Mystic Aquarium
You can't go to mystic without hearing about the aquarium! We highly recommend taking a trip here, especially if you love beluga whales.
Downtown Mystic Shops
A stroll through downtown Mystic is a must. If you're lucky, maybe you'll get to see the drawbridge let a ship or two underneath!
Argia Mystic Cruises
If you have time and you like to sail, Argia Mystic Cruises is a great opportunity to see more of the Connecticut coastline via sea and learn about the surrounding towns. Bonus that it's BYOB!

Our favorite special date night spot in Mystic! The homemade pastas never disappoint.
The Port of Call
Our favorite bar in Mystic. It feels like you're enjoying the best cocktails on the high seas while dining in the captains saloon (you'll get it if you go there). Small bar bites as well, reservations recommended. There's also a dive bar downstairs with a disco ball and a photo booth!
Engine Room
A great spot for american, gastropub fare. We recommend snagging a seat at the bar!
S&P Oyster Restaurant and Bar
If you're feeling fancy and in the mood for great seafood, this is the place to go! Excellent dirty martinis and don't skip out on their desserts, either.
Mystic Pizza
I mean, you can't come to Mystic without trying THE pizza first, right? A great spot for cheap(er) food and drinks with nostalgic atmosphere.
Sift Bake Shop Mystic
Incredible pastries and coffee! Very popular in the area, so we recommend going during the non-peak hours to avoid standing in the very long line. They also have Sunday brunch on their roof!
Harkness Memorial State Park
Where we took our engagement photos, and there's a beach!
