As you probably know if you've made it to this wedding website, Ari and Maggie met on a rainy and dark night in Ithaca, NY at a musty, beer-soaked house off-campus. Now, 10-Years later, they are so excited to take the next step and celebrate their love with their friends and family (in a much more glamorous setting)! From Ithaca to Brooklyn, Maggie and Ari have found home in one another and can't wait to start their next chapter of married life.
When thinking about venues to celebrate their love, Maggie remembered back to her time being a student at the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in 2015. On a rare night off from class, Maggie watched a wedding from inside of the Rose Barn (aka where the ceremony will be). She always knew that the backdrop and history of the O'Neill is the perfect place to tie the knot, and a place she would want friends and family to experience someday. Ari also has made a stop at the O'Neill in his theatre training, spending a week here as a part of his training with the Moscow Arts Center in 2013. The O'Neill also happens to be a 20-minute drive from Mystic, Connecticut, one of Ari and Maggie's favorite places to visit. They first visited for Valentines day in 2020 and have been coming back almost once a year ever since. We hope that by welcoming everyone and staying in Mystic, guests will be able to experience a multitude of places that are special to Ari and Maggie.
