What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Summer Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation is addressed "And Guest" - Yes!

The ceremony ends at 1 but the reception starts at 4. What should we do between events?

Answer

We suggest walking from the church into downtown Leesburg! The area is very quaint and there's lots of things to see and do within walking distance of the church. Just make sure to bring your appetite to the reception, we will have lots of food waiting at cocktail hour!

Please provide your allergy information while RSVP'ing for the reception so we can pass it along to our caterer. We've added an allergy information field there.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available in front of the barn.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Comfort Suites does offer a free shuttle for 13 guests to the ceremony. Please let us know if you're interested in booking and we will reach out to the hotel to confirm availability. It is a 5 minute drive from Comfort Suites to our ceremony location and a 10 minute drive from the ceremony to the reception.
