When do I need to RSVP by?

What time does the wedding start?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to enjoy a refreshment and find your seat.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place in an outdoor space at the venue, with the option to move indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate. The reception will be held indoors, with access to an outdoor patio for fresh air throughout the evening.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is formal - less than black tie, but more elevated than cocktail. Women: Floor-length gowns are encouraged, though midi and knee-length dresses are also welcome. Jumpsuits and coordinated sets are chic, modern alternatives. Men: A dark-colored suit with a white dress shirt and tie. Dress shoes such as loafers or oxfords are perfect. Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory. When in doubt, dress to impress ✨

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

We’re keeping our guest list intimate. Only guests specifically named on the invitation are invited.

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Yes, dinner and drinks will be provided and we look forward to celebrating with you over great food and plenty of toasts.

Yes! We’ll be offering flexible dining options to meet the needs of our guests. Kindly include any allergies and dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Are you offering a room block?
Answer
Yes! We have a room block at the venue, The Jupiter Hotel, available for guests from Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13. Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes. The Jupiter Hotel offers parking for guests, though an additional fee does apply. Please note that parking fees are common at many hotels throughout the city.

Do I need to rent a car?
Answer
Not necessarily. Portland is very walkable and easy to navigate via public transportation and bike share. We’ll also be providing Uber codes for discounted rides. If you plan to explore outside the city, like a trip to the Oregon Coast, we recommend renting a car.

What’s the weather typically like?
Answer
Portland summers are generally warm and mild, with cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light layer to stay comfortable, especially during the outdoor portions of the celebration.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests participate in an unplugged ceremony and refrain from taking photos or videos and remain present in the moment with us. Our amazing photographer will capture everything so you can relax and enjoy.
