This is Rad and Ari's favorite restaurant, which is saying a lot considering how much they enjoy eating through Chicago's food scene. Come for brunch or dinner, but we'd recommend dinner. Must get item: Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings).
Great spot to hang out, try lots of different beers on tap (you pour your own!), and play some games. Ari's favorite beer here is the Pistachio Cream Ale; it sounds weird, but it tastes delicious!
There are many different companies offering cruises down the river. Here are some of the options we have used and enjoyed: https://www.architecture.org/tours/detail/chicago-architecture-foundation-center-river-cruise-aboard-chicagos-first-lady/ https://shorelinesightseeing.com/tours-taxis/architecture-tour/ https://www.wendellaboats.com/Boat-Tours/chicagos-original-architecture-tour/
Ari and Rad's favorite place to grab a glass of wine in the West Loop. Must get item: Joe's Fried Parmesan Puffs
And if you can't come to Chicago without trying a Chicago dog, a stop at Portillos is a must! (Spoiler Alert: Chicago-style hot dogs will be served as a late-night snack at the wedding.)
If you're going to go to an art museum in the Midwest, let this be it!
There are so many great places to eat in Chinatown. Ari and Rad's go-to take-out spots are MingHin and Triple Crown. For dumplings, try Qing Xiang Yuan. For Hot Pot, try Happy Lamb. Wherever you go, you can't go wrong!
Radek and Ari have taken many walks on the river during their time in Chicago. It's a great way to see Chicago's architecture and stretch your legs. There are a few spots to get food and drinks along the river as well.
