Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the two hotel blocks to the venue. One shuttle will pick up at the Westin and one shuttle will pick up at the Renaissance between 5:15 and 5:30 PM, for a 6:10 PM arrival at Greenhouse Loft. There will only be one shuttle ride to the venue from each hotel, so don't miss it!

Question

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?

Answer

Yes! The health of our guests is of the utmost importance so we are requiring everyone to be vaccinated and would highly encourage everyone to get their booster. Our venue follows CDC and city guidelines very strictly. Please reach out to Ari or Radek (or DabrowskiWedding@gmail.com) with any questions.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire, but what we care most about is that you feel comfortable and ready to dance. If you have been looking for an excuse to break out your favorite long dress or nice suit, do it! If you'd prefer a cocktail dress/jumpsuit/chic separates or sports jacket, go for it! No denim, please.

Question

I'm driving to the ceremony/reception - is there free parking?

Answer

Yes! There are 20 available parking spots in a venue lot across the street and street parking. Please let us know you'll be driving by June 24, 2022 so that we can add more spots if needed (email DabrowskiWedding@gmail.com). There is also free and metered street parking around the venue that you can use if we don't hear from you by June 24.

Question

What are the pandemic protocols?

Answer

Fantastic question! Given how rapidly regulations change (and variants pop up *insert mind blowing emoji*), we are monitoring local regulations and will make any appropriate adjustments closer to showtime. We completely understand if you want to toast from afar amid the uncertainty. We would encourage all guests to mask in public spaces prior to our wedding, and to do a rapid test prior to travel to keep all guests safe!

Question

Can I bring a date / children?

Answer

As much as we would love to include everyone, we have a strict number that our vendors have been booked for. We kindly ask that you do not add guests to your RSVP who are not represented on the invitation. Please refer to your invitation or check in with Ari or Radek to confirm. If you need help finding childcare in the area, we will happily provide assistance!

Question

What is the food and drink situation?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres as well as a sit-down dinner. There will be an open bar for the entirety of the cocktail hour and reception, with wine service during dinner.

Question

Who can I contact if I have questions?

Answer

Please email DabrowskiWedding@gmail.com with any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
