We ask those who are in the wedding party to arrive at 4:30pm for the rehearsal. There will be a dinner to follow beginning at 5:00pm.
If you are not in the wedding party, but are a family member invited to the dinner portion, we ask that you arrive at 5:00pm for dinner. * if you are the significant other of a member of the wedding party, you can arrive at 4:30pm for your convenience. You are also not obligated to attend if you do not choose to do so, but you are happily welcomed and invited. The rehearsal dinner is ONLY open to those who received a special invitation.
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
This event is formal. Please visit the FAQ portion of our website for further information regarding appropriate wedding attire. Additionally, if you are permitted a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP. If you do not see a plus one/guest designation on your RSVP, we ask that you do not bring one. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that guest have arrived and are seated no later than 4:20pm. The parking lot is located on site at the venue, but if you are utilizing our shuttle transportation to and from the hotel, we caution you to arrive earlier than later due to traffic. After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour at approximately 5:15pm, and soon thereafter the reception will commence at 6:15pm. Dinner will be served around 6:45pm. Evening festivities will occur after dinner, at approximately 8:00pm. This schedule is subject to change due to weather, timing, photography, etc. and is provided to help ease any anxieties about the overall run-down of the day.
