Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony remains unplugged, meaning that no phones or cameras are present. We hired amazing photographers and videographers and we are excited to share the moments they capture as soon as possible.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we love all your children, unfortunately we can not accommodate all. We hope you understand that children are only invited if named on your wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that our guests refrain from wearing traditional bridal colors as well as anything in the burnt orange, terracotta and rust color family

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, sadly we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones at this time.

Is there going to be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle bus running loops prior to the ceremony and after the reception for guests staying at the hotel offered through the wedding block. The shuttle schedule will be posted in the hotel lobby.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest our guests arrive by 4 pm and no later than 4:15 pm. Ceremony will be starting at 4:30 pm Sharp!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue and will have valet parking available for guests.

Are there hotel recommendations?

Answer

There will be a selected block of hotel rooms listed on under the travel tab. Please call the hotel listed and mention our key word to be placed in our block of rooms. The block of rooms at a discount are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please address your food allergy in your rsvp and be sure to mention to your server the day of the wedding! We will be sure to accommodate any food restrictions.
