We met through an online dating app called POF, otherwise known as plenty of fish. Our conversations were short in length and were quite awkward at first. We spent a few days getting to know each other through conversation and after those few days we decided it was finally time to meet in person. When we met in person, we spent hours talking, getting to know each other on a deeper level and away from a phone screen. I (Ariana) learned all about Taylor being enlisted in the US Army and he even showed me his company book, which is similar to a yearbook. As the night was coming to an end, we planned to meet again the next day for Super Bowl Sunday. where Taylor would meet my mom, dad and grandma. Ever since then, we have spent practically every day together.

On Mach 26, 2022 we hosted our daughter, Isabella's baby shower. The day was perfect. Surrounded by family and friends, Ariana had absolutely no suspicions about how the day would end. Taylor ended up running home quickly to get changed after setup and took quite a while but Ariana figured he was just taking care of the dogs. When Taylor came back to the golf course, he mentioned that he wasn't feeling the greatest but he would stay and celebrate. As we were wrapping up opening our gifts, Ariana said she had one last gift for the daddy to be. They were the very obvious dad sneakers, white and navy new balances. All of a sudden, Taylor said he had a surprise for Ariana and quickly got on one knee to propose. Ariana couldn't comprehend what was even happening in front of her because she thought Taylor fell. When it all finally clicked in her head, she bursted into tears and instantly said yes! It was so amazing to share that moment in front of all our loved ones.
