The rates for the rooms are listed below. The maximum amount of guests per room is 3. 1 room, 1 person: $927 per night 1 room, 2 people: $1236 per night ($618 pp) 1 room, 3 people: $1545 per night ($515 pp) We realize this is very expensive, but please note that Grand Velas is a five star, all-inclusive resort. Therefore, these rates include ALL of your meals, top-shelf beverages, as well as any taxes and fees. The resort amenities include several fine dining options (including a Michelin Star restaurant), access to three different pools and the beach, pool concierge, beach concierge, beach & poolside waiter service, non-motorized water sports, life fitness center and classes, recreational activities program, 24-hour gourmet suite service, a mini bar (stocked daily), 24-hour personal concierge, plus all taxes and gratuities. Each guest will also have a $50 spa credit to use EACH DAY of their stay! For more information please visit the Things To Do tab. When booking your room, a deposit of 1 night will be charged to your credit card. The second night will be charged 120 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to you arrival. Credit card and ID will be required upon your arrival. ***PLEASE NOTE*** While we are asking you to RSVP by June 20th, that does not mean you are required to book your room that day as well. You have until July 11th to book the room. Additionally, you will only be charged for the first night when you initially book. The remainders will be charged later on (the hotel explains this fully as you're booking). Flight

Cancun Airport

We recommend landing at the Cancun Airport by 2 PM on 10/10. This will lend plenty of time to get through customs and arrive to the hotel and freshen up before the 5 PM Welcome Party! Once you book your flight, please note your arrival time in the spreadsheet linked here. Haseeb and Ariana will do their best to coordinate shuttles that best fit the arrival times. We will send out an update once those are solidified! We have also listed some flight suggestions in the spreadsheet, as well.
