What is included with my hotel rate?

Answer

Grand Velas Riviera Maya is an all-inclusive hotel. With your booking, all food and beverages are covered for the entirety of your stay. This includes the Michelin-starred restaurant on site, as well as 7 other excellent restaurants that offer Mexican, Asian fusion, French, and Yucatan regional cuisine. This also includes access to multiple pools and infinity pools, beach access, bars and swim-up bars, room-based mini-bars (stocked daily), 24-hour gourmet suite service, the Life Fitness Center and classes, non-motorized water sports, 24-hour personal concierge, pool concierge, beach concierge, as well as beach & poolside waiter service.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, dress codes are listed in the RSVP link. You can also find them here: 10.10 || Welcome Drinks || Garden Chic: Think fun colors and patterns. This includes mid/floor length dresses or pantsuits for women, and suits for men (tie optional). 10.11 || Formal, Black-Tie Optional: We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown, mid-length cocktail dress, or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate. 10. 12 || Shaadi || Formal/Black-Tie Optional/Traditional: We ask that you wear a tuxedo, dark suit and tie, or traditional Desi attire. Alternatively, traditional Desi attire, an evening gown, mid-length cocktail dress, knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate. 10.13 || Farewell Brunch || Casual: Come as you prefer!

We respectfully note that children are only invited to wedding events if named explicitly. Thank you for understanding!

Can I stay at a different hotel nearby?

Answer

Unfortunately, Grand Velas charges visitors $300 per person, per day to attend events if they are not staying at the Grand Velas property. For this reason, it's best to stay at Grand Velas (we promise it's worth it!).
