Renaissance Albany Hotel

Hotel Room Block at this location -- (Reservation block ended on December 3rd). The Renaissance Hotel is at the base of the Capital Steps, and less than a 3-minute drive from the wedding venue. The Hotel combines old world charm with handsome dark wood paneling and stunning marble floors, with modern touches of convenience and flare. It is clean, beautiful and the staff provides wonderful service. King rooms are available at $189 per night; King Deluxe Rooms are available at $209 per night. Overnight parking on-site is $22 per night in the hotel's garage located at 67 Howard Street (it connects to the hotel). This hotel IS affiliated with Marriot, so go on and use those points! The Wellington Restaurant is also on site for breakfast in the morning, though it is not included in your room's stay. Book your room by December 3rd...the original price will return on 12/4/24. SHUTTLE SERVICE: The Renaissance Hotel does have a shuttle for your transport to the wedding venue, but its service ends at 11p.m. The party goes until 1 a.m. The shuttle runs on a first-come, first-served basis. You must arrange your ride directly with the hotel staff. Please check in with the hotel's staff when you arrive to secure your ride. The happy couple is providing shuttle service after the event back to the hotels in the local area. Take the hotel shuttle down the event venue and get a lift back; we got you covered. If you drive your car to the venue, but need a lift back to your hotel after too much partying, we have you covered. Our personal shuttle will run from 12:30a.m through 2:30a.m and take you anywhere in downtown Albany.

Amtrak - Albany-Rensselaer Station

We've taken Amtrak several times. It's a great alternative to driving. It's also very close to Albany downtown. You can Uber/Lyft, take a cab, or get a shuttle (depending on hotel) and be at your hotel within 10-15 minutes flat.

Flights from Delta, American, United, Jet Blue, Allegiant, Frontier and Southwest Airlines move safely through the ALB on a daily basis.

Quackenbush Garage

The Quackenbush Garage is located directly next door to the venue. The cost for parking in the garage has been covered by the bride and groom. Valet parking is also available at a rate of $10 per vehicle. Simply pull into the parking lot of 677 Prime and the valet will meet you at your door. For all others who are parking in the Quackenbush Garage, please follow these directions and use CODE #123125: When entering the Quackenbush Garage, drive your vehicle into an entry lane and up to the Entry Kiosk with a touch screen. On the touch screen select "OTHER ACCESS OPTIONS." Next select "I HAVE AN ACCESS CODE." Then Enter your ACCESS CODE (123125) and press "GO." The Entry Kiosk will then print a ticket and the gate will raise. Be sure to take this ticket, you will need it when exiting the garage.

Hyatt Place Albany / Downtown

This place is super close to the wedding venue. However, it does not have on-site parking. There is the Quackenbush Garage next door which costs $20 for overnight parking; there is also ample street parking. You enter the hotel on the rear side, so please use caution in the evenings. This is a beautiful new site in the Albany area; very clean, great vibe, and your room stay includes a free hot breakfast as well as a beautiful lounge area to relax and mingle with guests. Rooms are also very reasonably priced.

Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Downtown

This hotel is relatively new to Downtown Albany; it's a short walking distance (a moment's drive) from the wedding venue. It includes free breakfast. It is not our hotel block, but an option for those who want something a little less pricy. It's clean, affordable, safe, has valet parking, and a great bar! What more could you want?!! There is Complimentary Breakfast & Wi-Fi available and $18.00 parking is per car, per night (valet).

Hilton Albany

This is Albany's large conference/meeting center in the heart of Downtown Albany. Some rooms offer views of the Hudson River and New York State Capitol. The site has an indoor pool. It also has a shuttle to take you to and from the airport, train station, bus station and wedding venue. It has a restaurant on-site (but breakfast is not included in your room stay).
