A welcome reception will be waiting for you early birds on the first floor with an open bar should you like to arrive to the venue early before the ceremony begins at 4 pm. This event is semi-formal. All events will take place inside the Oliver Building.
Wedding Ceremony

This event is semi-formal. All events will take place inside the Oliver Building.
A formal wedding ceremony will take place on the 2nd floor with vows, family unity ceremonies, and a bridal party.
Cocktail Hour
4:40 pm - 5:45 pm

Back down to the first floor you go for an open bar and non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers, lite snacks, games, yard games, the book exchange, and a big reveal of the pictures and videos from our Norway wedding and honeymoon adventure!
Dinner and Reception

The grand entrance, speeches, cake cutting, dinner, first dances, dancing, and a dessert table. Jackstack BBQ will be catering a buffet style dinner. Vegan options will be available in addition to the best of KC's BBQ meats.
