Our love story began with something so simple a single “hello” on Facebook. At the time, I didn’t know that one small message would turn into the greatest love of my life. In August 2022, Cristian asked me out on our first date. We spent the day shopping and ended it with dinner, both of us feeling nervous, unsure, and a little shy. But even in those quiet moments, there was something special between us something I couldn’t quite explain, but I could definitely feel. One date turned into two, then three, then so many more that I lost count. Somewhere along the way, without even realizing it, he became my safe place, my best friend, and my home. By March 2023, we celebrated six months together, and in that moment, we made a promise to love each other endlessly and to build a forever together. As time went on, our love only grew deeper. In 2024, we welcomed our third child into the world a blessing that made our bond even stronger. While my first two are mine, Cristian never once made them feel like anything less than his own. He stepped into our lives with so much love, and in doing so, he gave me something I will forever be grateful for a partner who loves all of me, and all of my children, unconditionally. Then came one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. That following summer, with so much love in his eyes and a future full of dreams ahead of us, Cristian asked me to be his wife. In that moment, my heart felt complete and without hesitation, I said yes. Looking back, it’s incredible to think that our forever started with just one simple “hello.” Today, I get to marry my best friend, the love of my life, and the man who made all my dreams feel possible. And I know this is only the beginning of our beautiful forever. Nuestra historia de amor comenzó con algo tan sencillo como un simple «hola» en Facebook. En aquel entonces, no sabía que ese pequeño mensaje se convertiría en el amor más grande de mi vida. En agosto de 2022, Cristian me invitó a nuestra primera cita. Pasamos el día de compras y lo terminamos con una cena; ambos nos sentíamos nerviosos, inseguros y un poco tímidos. Pero incluso en esos momentos de silencio, había algo especial entre nosotros: algo que no lograba explicar del todo, pero que sin duda podía sentir. Una cita se convirtió en dos, luego en tres, y después en tantas más que perdí la cuenta. En algún punto del camino, sin siquiera darnos cuenta, él se convirtió en mi refugio seguro, en mi mejor amigo y en mi hogar. Para marzo de 2023, celebramos nuestros seis meses juntos y, en ese momento, nos hicimos la promesa de amarnos infinitamente y de construir un «para siempre» juntos. Con el paso del tiempo, nuestro amor no hizo más que profundizarse. En 2024, dimos la bienvenida al mundo a nuestro tercer hijo: una bendición que fortaleció aún más nuestro vínculo. Si bien mis dos hijos mayores son míos, Cristian nunca, ni una sola vez, los hizo sentir como algo menos que sus propios hijos. Él entró en nuestras vidas con tanto amor que, al hacerlo, me regaló algo por lo que estaré eternamente agradecida: una pareja que me ama a mí y a todos mis hijos incondicionalmente. Entonces llegó uno de los momentos más inolvidables de mi vida. Ese verano siguiente, con tanto amor en sus ojos y un futuro lleno de sueños por delante, Cristian me pidió que fuera su esposa.
