If you are staying at a hotel, shuttle bus service can be arranged.
You will receive a save the date email as well as a formal mailed invitation. The invitation will have a link to the website to RSVP. We are not accepting mail RSVP at this time. You have until September 15th to finalize your RSVP. If you do not RSVP formally by September 16th, we will assume you will not be able to attend the wedding. You are not the bride or the groom. If you come in white and are not the bride and groom, our designated red wine pourer will gladly change that for you without your permission. I'm sure your formal attire will wear burgundy well. 😊
The dress code is formal, think red carpet events. There will be no sneakers, slides, boots (unless its a dress boot like snake pattern heels), tank tops, t-shirts, mini dresses, swimwear, etc.. If you have orthopedic shoes, yes you can wear them that is an accommodation... Be mindful the venue has both marble tile and carpet, please make sure your shoes have a strong grip to walk on both materials. Men make sure your dress shoes are comfortable, ladies you may change into dress flats or dress sandals if your heels become uncomfortable. If you do not adhere to the formal attire wear, you will be asked to leave respectfully and required to pay for your seat. Doors open at 3:45pm! Please aim to arrive at 4:00pm sharp! If you tend to run behind schedule plan to arrive by 3:30pm to be on time. The ceremony will and must begin at 4:30pm sharp. You must be inside and seated no later than 4:25pm. Do not start parking at 4:30, 4:45 etc.. or say you are around the corner because you will not be let in. 😊
Accommodations for those who are GFDF can be made available for meals and desserts. No tree nuts will be inputted for any foods nor shellfish. Please send us an email at the.thompsons0308@gmail.com to alert us of any food allergens present.
Please see our registry page!! At this time we prefer your generosity with financial gratitude! We also welcome physical gifts that have been listed on the registry by mail after August 15th. Do not bring physical gifts to the wedding or order physical gifts before then, we will humbly decline it. You may bring checks to the wedding as there will be a place to have cards and checks.
