Houston is known for its diversity, exceptional food, and vibrant arts scene. It is NOT a walkable city - plan to Uber around or rent a car. March is usually spring-like with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s. If you want to spend an extra day exploring Houston, there are a ton of great restaurants, museums, and parks (see Things to Do), and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (Bull Riding contests, livestock shows, concerts, carnival, etc.)
There are two airports you can fly into: Hobby Airport (Hobby) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (Bush). Bush has more flight options, while Hobby is a Southwest hub. On weekdays, it's easier to get to Clear Lake from Hobby (~25 min) vs. Bush (35 - 60 min drive.)
We will provide buses from the South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center to the wedding venue. Return buses will take guests back to the hotel and to the after-party location.
