Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!

Buddy "Dan" Glatz

Best Man

We met in college and became best friends over a Lil' Wayne concert. Chose "My Friends Over You" at the Jersey Shore, and fist-pumped to "Levels" after hitting the gym. Buddy and I have been through it all. He's one of the most loyal and trustworthy people I know and stoked for him to be by my side at the wedding. Look out for him on the dance floor-he tends to get the party started!

Harmeet Dhani

Groomsman

When we met in med school, Harmeet had no idea that I was the guy at the fundraiser dancing in a silk suit. If he did, he probably would have bounced. Good thing he found that out later. We started as roommates in Grenada where we dodged potholes and crazy cab drivers while hitting our daily 5AM gym sesh. We then carried our talents on to NYC where Harmeet introduced me to the finer things in life and how to enjoy every second of it. He never misses an opportunity to seize the moment, and holds that to heart in our friendship. Wouldn't be where I am without him. Look for the Versace belt at the wedding and you're sure to find Harmeet.

Alex Farkas

Groomsman

Alex has been right there with me longer than anyone else, throwing it all the way back to Kindergarten. He's the definition of family and has helped me through the rough times and the good times. He's schooled me at Rockband and Halo, and loves to make fun of my dance moves, but hopefully, by the time of the wedding, I'll get him doing the cat daddy. We always catch up over beers at Disney despite our hate of it when we were 10, our only trip together that ended up in the arcade rather than Space Mountain. I'm excited to have him by my side at the wedding and he'll be the one I slooowlly pull onto the dance floor.

Nick Sowa

Groomsman

"Sneaky" Sowa-trying to figure out why we called him that, I guess he just always snuck around. One of the greatest guys I know. He and I go back to Saints-our high school, where we would bro out and share stories. We haven't lived in the same city since we graduated, but everytime we catch up its like we never missed a beat, which in my mind, is the definition of one of your best friends. Now he's surfing, saving lives as a fire-fighter, and snobbing on local IPAs. Find the guy thats always smiling and you'll spot a Sowa.

Erik Johnson

Groomsman

Erik and I met in high school, where his athletic abilities made me realize that my football and basketball skills were subpar (Wide Receiver of the Year '08). For those of you that know me well, I move around ALOT. Erik always makes it a point to figure out a way to travel. We hit Peru together where Machu Picchu and the muddy ascent to Rainbow mountain were somehow no problem for his VANS. He made it out to Baltimore, where we stayed fake Charger Fans in a city where nobody was having it, and toured the best, or worst, DC breweries. Erik is a great friend that always has a good time. He and I will be at the DJ booth requesting some classic ska music from "Doctors Never Die."

Josh Kellems

Groomsman

When I first met Josh he was skinny and proud of his six pack. Now he's lifting more than me. I'd like to take credit for introducing him to the gym and our bro science...so proud. When we aren't lifting together, we are making memories together-from homecoming disasters to Vegas antics to attempting to fit in at political campaign, for which I was definitely unsuccessful. We have been close friends over the years, yet Josh and I have never really taken a picture together (weird). Enjoy this throwback photo, but be sure to admire his flow come wedding time.

Nick Gomez

Groomsman

Gomez-my first friend in high school. You never think that when somebody puts you in touch with someone before you even start school, that this person will end up one of your closest friends the rest of your life. That's Nick. He's one of the most encouraging and passionate people I know. I'm lucky enough to be moving to SF, where Gomez is currently living, and will be the first time in 15 years we have lived close to each other (woah!). I look forward to sharing many more memories during our journey out there. Gomez may bring his cat to the wedding-still not sure yet-but if he does, I'm cool with it since we are both #catdads.

Jilyan Robinson

Matron of Honor

Growing up people always thought that Jilyan and I were twins. Technically, we're considered "Irish Twins" because we're 14 months apart. Did you know that science shows that twins have a bond that is oftentimes unexplainable? Well, I think that unexplainable bond also includes our love for Disney World, even as adults which a lot of people find unexplainable. All funniness aside, Jilyan may be younger than me but I have always looked up to her for support and encouragement. I am so lucky and grateful that she's been by my side and will be my side on my most important day.

Amybeth Shorette

Matron of Honor

When I was little, Amy always wanted Jilyan and I to sleepover in her room but she had a poster of Freddy Krueger so naturally we were terrified (maybe that's why I'm still afraid of the dark?). You know how there's always one sibling you don't want to mess with? Yep, you guessed it, it's Amy. Amy has always been a role model for me, she is an independent woman who isn't afraid. Not only that but she's an incredible mother to my niece and nephew and she would do anything for our family. You may not want to be on her bad side but she'll be by my side and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Andrea Hadley

Bridesmaid

I first met Dre in Washington, DC when we both were at GWU getting our Masters. She quickly became the yin to my yang because I would always ask if I could sleep at her house because I was terrified being alone living in the mean streets of DC. Dre being the kind and generous person that she is, always said yes. We made the best of it during our 10 years in DC: shutting down the bar at Dodge City, weekly dinners at Beau Thai, summer vacyas in Martha's Vineyard, French Street antics, and eventually being the third wheel when Peter came around. Dre has always been the calm in my storm and I couldn't picture my wedding day without her.

Andrew Fiske

Bridesman

My friendship with Andy grew over time in years that I lived in DC. We grew close over watching episodes of RuPaul's Drag Race, screaming at the top of our lungs to every Beyonce song at Town, and staying up until 2:00 am watching music videos. A lot of people assumed that he was my boyfriend given that majority of my Instagram account contained pictures of Andy and his dog so it's no surprise that this guy will be by side. When you hear Beyonce come on, rest assured this guy will be on the dance floor and I'll be right next to him.

Daniel Lyons

Bridesman

Danny and Andy graciously let me stay with them during one of my last years in DC. In return, I offered to walk their dog but in reality, we essentially became a family. Danny was always ready for some impromptu fun whether being a last minute date to a wedding, hitting up the dance floor at Dew Drop Inn, or having low key therapy sessions in the car. Danny is always ready to lend an ear, lend a hand, and lend a partner on the dance floor. You'll be sure to see him there at the wedding!

Kelly Siegel

Bridesmaid

I first met Kelly 7 years ago in DC and this girl is always on the move. She's either training for an Ironman, going for a quick 6 mile run, or waking up with the sun for a 13 mile bike ride. Kelly and I actually grew closer when I moved to New York. And despite her level of constant activity, Kelly has always been there for me. Being alone during the initial times of COVID, were beyond hard and Kelly was always a text, phone call, or FaceTime away. The fact that willingly helped plan my Bachelorette to Disney World obviously says that she is ready for anything. You won't miss this smiling and energetic spirit when the music starts!
