Come Celebrate with Us!

We met both working at National Rehabilitation Hospital. Billy was doing his rotation on the pediatric unit and Alyson was the lead speech-language pathologist. Alyson was always walking (or running) quickly from patient to patient and room to room. Billy was asking the other nurses and therapists, how does this girl have so much energy? He overheard her talking about teaching her yoga class one day and said that he actually needed to do more yoga to stretch. The next day, she brought him a yoga stretching ball. From there, they began hanging out as friends, going to South Block for acai bowls and walking along the Georgetown waterfront. It wasn't until Alyson moved to New York City that they finally admitted that their feelings were more than friendship. Their relationship grew being long-distance to eventually moving in together when Billy started his fellowship in Atlanta. Alyson eventually got Billy to come to the side of loving Disney World as an adult and proposed to her at the most happiest place on earth. We're so excited to share this amazing day with all of you and cannot wait to celebrate!
