Lively Apple Orchards
This is a 3rd generation family run farm. They sell fresh flowers, unbelievable baked goods, and grow over 20 varieties of apples.
Hickory Nut Gap Farm
Local farm, butchery, and shop. They have lots of tours and fun events.
Jeter Mountain Farm Apple Orchard
This is our favorite orchard in Hendersonville. They have produce, cider beer, non alcoholic cider, donuts, outdoor seating, clean bathrooms, food truck, and a great indoor play area for the kids.
Fawn Lake Access Area
Fawn Lake is located in Dupont Forest. It is a 1.6 mile easy loop trail suitable for children. If you have time, make the drive, pack a picnic, and head there. It is stunning in the fall and the dock provides beautiful backdrops for picture taking.
Hot Dog World
If you love onion rings, good cheeseburgers, and fresh hot dogs-this place is a family favorite. It is a Hendersonville, NC must.
Campfire Grill
Small excellent restaurant on Hendersonville's little rainbow row. Highly recommend shopping at the little shops on the row.
The Farmers Market
Hendersonville, Columbus, and Asheville all have excellent Farmer's Markets. Some are open daily, some are open on Fridays, and some Saturday mornings. Day and Time vary by location.
