Welcome to the Historic Cary House Hotel! This local gem is located on Main Street in downtown Placerville. It has rooms in a range of styles and sizes (kings, queens, suites and 2 bedroom suites). It's a 13 minute drive from the wedding venue. We got a 20 room hotel block with the possibility of adding more (for August 28th-30th). Best Western Plus Placerville Inn

When booking at the link, select the "wedding rate" option for a 10% discount. Discount is available for the nights of August 28th and 29th. Best Western Plus Placerville has an outdoor pool and hot tub and hot breakfast included! It's an 18 minute drive from the wedding venue. Rates vary depending on when you book.

Quaint roadside motel, surrounded by forest, with an outdoor pool! Located between downtown Placerville and the venue, it's a 9 minute drive.

GlenMorey Country House Bed and Breakfast Inn

Scottish-inspired bed & breakfast on 2 acres in the heart of Placerville! 13 minute drive from the venue. Rooms can be individually reserved for the full bed & breakfast experience by calling or visiting their website. Alternatively, if a group would like to rent out the whole place and have use of the kitchen themselves, you can do that through Airbnb. Search "Private 5 room bed and breakfast" (this option doesn’t include breakfast).

The Extraordinary Camino Hotel

Boutique hotel in the charming small town of Camino, just up the hill from Placerville! This is an adult-only hotel, so please keep that in mind. 10 minute drive from the venue. *Rooms won’t be available to reserve until end of May (3 months before the wedding)

Camping in Sly Park!

Gorgeous state park 10 miles from the venue! It has a big, beautiful lake, waterfall, trails etc. Definitely book a spot in advance if you plan to camp. For questions regarding reservations call (530)295-6810, or email at Recreation@EID.org
