Things To Do

The Wedding Website of CG Gullickson and AP Plaga
Beer, beer, and more beer: Fort Collins is known for its craft beer scene! Don’t miss New Belgium Brewing Company and O'Dell Brewing Co., plus plenty of other breweries and taprooms to explore. Explore Old Town: Right outside The Elizabeth Hotel, Old Town is full of cozy cafes, lively bars, boutique shops, and charming streets perfect for a winter stroll. Food Stops: The Emporium (attached to The Elizabeth Hotel) for yummy breakfast and good coffee. Snooze, an AM Eatery, is the best brunch in town! Illegal Pete's (next door to the hotel) is a lively spot for burritos and tacos — great for a quick, flavorful bite. Madre (around the corner from the hotel) has the city’s best cocktails, perfect for a pre-party! Nightlife: The Trailhead Tavern is the only place we'll be going for after hours! Remember: It’s cold in December! Plan layers and cozy boots if you want to wander downtown, sip a hot drink, or enjoy the snowy scenery.
