If I am flying into Denver, how do I get to Fort Collins?

Answer

You can rent a car or book a bus via Landline for the approximately 1-hour-20-minute drive. Landline is an affordable option, costing $29-$35 per person one-way. Please see the travel tab for more information on booking Landline. You may also call an Uber or Lyft to take you from DIA to Fort Collins ($90-$150).

Will I need a rental car once I get to Fort Collins?

If you are staying at The Elizabeth Hotel, you will not need a rental car. Everything is walkable from the hotel.

How far is the venue from The Elizabeth Hotel?

Answer

It is three and a half blocks (a five-minute walk).

I am driving in for the celebration. Where can I park my car?

Answer

The Firehouse Parking Garage is directly next to The Elizabeth Hotel. It includes 363 parking spaces for both hotel guests and the general public. It is reasonably priced and is free on holidays (1/1) and weekends (1/2 and 1/3).

What is the dress code for the NYE ceremony and celebration?

Answer

The dress code is Funky Formal! When in doubt, add more sparkle. Think sequins, velvet, feathers, glitter, and your best NYE party look. It's all about going into 2027 looking and feeling your best!

Do I have to stay until midnight?

Answer

Absolutely not! The band will take a break around 9pm (perfect for a sneaky exit) and again around 10:45pm (another great “strategic” exit point). But if you do stick around, we promise the dance floor, champagne, and confetti at midnight will be worth it.

Are we afterpartying the party?

Yep! We'll be at Trailhead Tavern for more late-night shenanigans!

Why New Year's Eve?

If you know Plaga, you know New Year’s Eve is her second-favorite holiday—she loves the sparkle, the music, the glitter, the countdowns, and the promise of a fresh start. Halloween firmly holds the top spot (that one is sacred and non-negotiable), so NYE proudly takes second place.

What kind of music will the band be playing?

Tumbledown Shack is a Grateful Dead cover band bringing good vibes to Northern Colorado and we love them. Be sure to share any song requests with us so we can all get on down!

Where did we get engaged?

Answer

We got engaged on the beach at the absolutely stunning 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay — one of the most beautiful spots in Kauai. It was a perfect day, filled with snorkeling, sea turtles, wood-fired pizza, champagne and the most vibrant and captivating sunset!

Is it true you have five cats?

Answer

Yes, we do! Tex, Perla, Crunch, Sundae, and Eva. Ask for pictures, we've got thousands!
