Where should I stay?
Answer
For those who would like to stay on-site, we've reserved a camping area adjacent to the wedding venue. If you choose this option, please bring all of the camping gear that you require. Members of the wedding party will be present to assist with setting up the tents. Please also arrive 30-45 minutes early to ensure time to set up your camping area before the ceremony. While we are not pre-booking any rooms at another location, here is a list of suggested accommodations in the area: Staybridge Suites Hillsboro North by IHG Cedartree Hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Portland/Hillsboro-Evergreen Park Home2 Suites by Hilton Portland Hillsboro

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We would love to see our guests dress up on our special day! Please wear cocktail attire, think: Midi and Maxi dresses, smart separates, chinos, slacks, and dress shirts. Please also be aware that the venue is primarily on grass or gravel, so stilettos are not recommended. In respect for the bride, we ask that white dresses not be worn. We also ask that the color mauve be reserved for the wedding party.

What Time Should I Arrive?

If you are not planning to camp, please arrive around 4:00 pm to allow for time to park and find your seat prior to the ceremony. If you plan to camp on the night of the wedding, please arrive around 3:15 to ensure time to set up your camping gear before the ceremony.

Parking is available on-site, and venue staff will be present to direct you where to park. We'll be at the Creekside location.

Signature cocktails of both the bride and groom will be available along with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options.

Please be aware of the following regarding accessibility: The venue is outdoors and primarily on grass or gravel. Seating for the ceremony and reception will consist of plastic chairs. Please feel free to bring mobile seating or seat cushions as needed for your comfort. There is no data and very limited cell service available at the venue.
