The per person flat fee includes accommodations, dining, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and activities for a 3 night stay beginning Thursday evening and ending Sunday morning. We will be covering food and beverage for the wedding day. Menus and schedule of activities will be shared closer to the date.

Unfortunately, we have to limit our guest count to adhere to venue capacity. Please refer to your invitation for guest details.
Hawkesdene consists of a number of cottages ranging from 1 to 7 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and sleepers, luxury bedding and towels, clean and stylishly decorated interiors, and air conditioning. Nearly all of the cottages are equipped with full kitchens and laundry rooms. Many cottages also include wood or gas fireplaces and porches. There is a designated parking area for guests staying in the main house. All other guests may park in front of their cottages. Rest assured that you will be comfortable and well-taken care of during your stay at Hawkesdene.
We’ve spent many hours thoughtfully arranging family and friend groups together. Rest assured you will know the people you’ve been assigned with. The Hawkesdene staff will give your room assignment upon arrival, or let us know if you're getting in after hours and we will provide it in advance.

Our wedding theme is spring! We recommend cocktail attire with colors and florals for wedding day. Recommended attire can be found below each event on the Schedule tab. *Average temperatures for Andrews, NC in late March fall in the low 70's and 60's during daytime and 40's during nighttime.
There is plenty of parking on site if driving is more convenient for you. For those in the main house, please use designated parking area. All other cottage guests may park in front of their cottages.

The Mass will be at St. Thomas University at the Chapel of St. Anthony. 16401 NW 37th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33054 To uphold the safety of the STUdents and broader STU community, please inform the security officer that you will be going to the chapel and provide them with an identification card upon arrival. Please ensure that you navigate to the gates on 37th at the campus' main entrance.
