Come dine as one big family as we welcome you to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and share what you can expect during the weekend. On the menu: Hawkesdene's Mexican-inspired feast including chopped beef & chicken, sauteed onions & peppers, spanish rice, corn, refried beans, pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, chopped lettuce, shredded monterey jack cheese, sour cream, flour & corn tortillas all made fresh in-house. Followed by their Signature Dessert.

We go to Hawk's Nest! 1 mile up the mountain where refreshing beverages and the most scenic views await! No prior experience necessary. Meet at the pavilion Our elderly guests and those who are unable to hike will be taken via kabota up the mountain.
