Wedding Party

Meet our closest family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Guna Perry

Mother of the Bride

First my mother, forever my friend. It takes love, patience, kindness, and extra love to raise a daughter. My mother raised me to live my life with love and joy and through her teachings, I have built a life surrounded by love and have always let love guide me through life. My mother was my first teacher, and will always be my first and best friend.

Rodney Perry

Father of the Bride

Dad; a daughter's first love. As a small child, I always looked toward my dad with sincere admiration and unconditional love. From teaching me everyday things like making my bed, and parking the car to life's nuances, my dad has always shown me unconditional love and support. My dad is one of my biggest cheerleaders in life and I am ecstatic that he will be walking with me down the aisle on my wedding day!

Lou Ann Cox

Mother of the Groom

As my biggest fan on the little league fields, you may have heard her yelling, "TAKE THE SHOT", or "KEEP THAT ELBOW UP". You may have even seen her in the isles of the grocery stores dishing out good ole fashion butt whoopins to my friends and me when we were showing out. Whether in the stands cheering me on, or in the grocery store teaching me lessons in my younger days, my mom has always been there for me showing her love and support, and teaching me right from wrong. To the first woman I loved, and to the woman that brought me into this world and was never afraid to let me know she could take me out of it when I was acting up, you are amazing and I couldn't imagine life, or this day without you by my side continuing to show your love and support as I enter a new chapter of life.

Greg Selfridge

Officiant

Wise, insightful, and honest. When seeking advice Greg is a person who will go out of their way to ensure he's not telling you just what you want to hear but will take the time to analyze details and present you with viewpoints and perspectives you may have never considered. He takes the time to truly listen and understand others and makes meaningful connections with those around him naturally. We are blessed to have him as a family but also have the honor of Greg making our marriage official to the world. This is not Greg's first time officiating a family wedding, and we are so excited to be a part of this very special family tradition.

Ellen

Matron of Honor

We met during a dance audition our freshman year of high school and instantly connected. We've danced, cheered, and grown-up side by side. Even during our years at different universities our bond and friendship have matured and aged well. Ellen is a true friend and I am so happy to have her love and support on such a big day!

Shawna

Maid of Honor

Fun, exciting, and in the know, Shawna is a lifelong friend and I'm grateful for our relationship. We attended Elementary - High School together and spent those years in-studio dance classes, high school dance team practices, and co-hosting wild and fun parties, like our, "Mardi Gras Sweet 16"! Through thick & thin Shawna has always been a friend to come through for me. I am thrilled she will be with me on such a big day!

Niki

Bridesmaid

I gained my first sister when my brother married Niki in 2013. Niki is an incredibly genuine, and creative person. Our shared love for video games (The Sims) is the best quirk of our bond. I was so happy when she asked me to be with her on the day she got married and now I feel honored that she will be with me on the day I get married.

Tonya

Bridesmaid

Life of the party. Bennie introduced me to his big sister, Tonya when we first started dating in 2018 and this was a BIG DEAL! Successful, glamours and sociable Tonya is impressive. It's an incredible heartwarming feeling how she accepted me and made me feel comfortable and welcome right away. I am blessed to have her in my life and to have her as my new family.

Lisa

Bridesmaid

Lisa and I met during her birthday trip to Washington D.C. in 2018. Smart, witty, and a lot of fun to be around. From dancing in back-wood country bars to chilling by the pool with a few drinks I've enjoyed these moments with Lisa by my side. I'm so happy that Lisa is Bennie's sister because now she is my sister too!

Matthew

Groomsman

Neighbors as kids; brothers as adults. Matt and I grew up a few houses down the street from one another. We both enjoyed sports, skateboarding, rollerblading, and biking. Matt always had the coolest gear, and him and his dad built the best ramps on the block. Matt and I enjoyed being boys and launching ourselves off of the ramps on anything with wheels. Since then, Matt has become not only a best friend, but a spiritual mentor and a brother. I’m honored to be able to call Matt a friend and a groomsmen.

Alex

Groomsman

Teammate. Roommate. Wingman. Lifelong friend. Alex and I met while playing on a beer league softball team together in DC. I needed to move out of my sister’s basement, and Alex found himself in need of a roommate. It was a match made in heaven. From swiping pop fly’s in the outfield to swiping our soon to be wife’s on Bumble and Tinder, Alex and I did it all together. Alex was there to straighten my tie for my first date with Antoinette. It’s only right, and I’m honored to have him by my side for the wedding.

Cameron

Groomsman

Cam and I met in the summer of 2018 when he came to visit his family in the D.C. area. Antoinette told me that she had a thought that we would possibly hit it off, and when we met we connected. Philosophical, creative, and ahead of his time Cam brings exciting and fresh energy to those he surrounds. It's never easy winning over the older brother, but getting to know Cam has felt like meeting up with any old friend. I'm honored to have him as a groomsman and family.
