Those located in Portland (2.5 hrs) or Seattle (5.5-6 hrs) can choose to drive down, but there are also flight options for those who would like! Unfortunately, the central Oregon area is not easily accessed without a car and we highly recommend folks rent a car to maximize all the amazing things the area has to offer.

Redmond Airport

The Redmond Municipal Airport is the closest airport to the Ranch, and has direct flights from most cities on the west coast. PDX in Portland is a larger airport with more flight options, but is a 2.5 hr drive from the ranch. We recommend folks fly through Redmond!

We HIGHLY recommend everyone either book a rental car or coordinate a shared ride with other attendees for the weekend. There is not public transportation in the area and all the best outdoor things are only accessible by car!

We recommend renting homes or condos on the Ranch, it is spectacular and will give you access to the full amenities (pools, tennis, golf, trails). Reservations become accessible 11 months prior to the date, so we recommend booking in early to ensure you get the best options possible! Unfortunately we do not have a room or house block. The Ranch has a complimentary reservation team that can assist you in booking a home based on your preferences (or multiple homes in a neighborhood if you are a large group)
