Our beloved family and friends who have traveled from afar to join us on this important day, we invite you to meet us in the center of the city for a traditional welcome to Querétaro. This marks the official start of our wedding celebrations. What is a Callejoneada? La Callejoneada is a vibrant tradition that originated in Guanajuato in 1962. This festive walk takes guests through the main alleys of the city, following the bride and groom while enjoying music, beverages, and a beautiful ambiance. The tours are typically accompanied by a student band or mariachi, creating a lively and unique atmosphere. Each alley is a visual delight, filled with colors and traditions. Over approximately sixty minutes, the Historic Center of Querétaro will come alive with sounds, culture, and magical moments that we’re excited to share with you. Meeting Point Venustiano Carranza Street #50, Querétaro Time: 4:30 PM The Callejoneada lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

A Catholic priest will preside over the wedding ceremony, oversee the exchange of rings and vows, marriage rituals and offer a blessing to the couple. Our ceremony location "Temple of Saint Dominiq" has a very special meaning to us and is full of history. The Temple of Saint Dominic was built in the late 17th century and served as a hospital, hospice, and convent. Its primary objective was to treat the illnesses of missionary friars who evangelized in the Sierra Gorda, as well as to teach them indigenous languages. After the Reform Laws, this place was looted and converted into a military barracks until 1884. In the atrium, you will find a cross commemorating the reintegration of the friars into the old convent, which took place in 1950.
