🕒 Where’s everything happening?

Answer

All events — the Welcome Party, Ceremony, Reception, and After Party — will be held at the same location, so no need to travel between venues. Just bring your smiles, your dancing shoes, and your Halloween spirit! 🎃

🚗 What about parking?

Answer

There’s on-site parking available, but please note that the road and lot are gravel (as of November 2025). We recommend comfortable footwear and a bit of extra care when walking.

💍 When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM to grab some cider, sign the welcome book, and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:16 PM — a sweet nod to the date of our very first date, April 16th, 2024. 💕

👗 What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding colors are light blue and terracotta, with cozy autumn accents. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors, so please dress for the weather while keeping attire formal and wedding-appropriate. Costumes are encouraged for the After Party (6:30–8:30 PM), but if your Halloween spirit sneaks out early, we won’t mind — after all, it’s Halloween night! 👻

♿ Is the ceremony space accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is wheelchair accessibility to the outdoor ceremony area. A path located slightly down from the main stairs leads directly to the ceremony space. The stairs themselves are fairly lengthy, so guests are welcome to use whichever route is most comfortable.

🍎 Where’s the Apple Cider Bar?

Answer

You’ll find the Apple Cider Bar outside to the left of the reception area, under the canopy with the charming brick bar setup. It’s also where you can sign the Welcome Book and pick up a Wedding Program before the ceremony begins!

🍴 What’s on the menu?

Answer

Our menu options are listed on our website and on your RSVP form. Food items will be labeled at the caterer’s discretion, but we’ve done our best to communicate what’s being served ahead of time so everyone can make informed choices. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please choose what feels safe and comfortable for you. Outside the reception area doors (the ones that will remain open, weather permitting), you’ll find black ice carts stocked with water, Diet Coke, and Diet Dr Pepper — easy to spot as you head up from the ceremony! If it rains, don’t worry — everything will be moved indoors and kept easy to access. ☔

📸 Can we take photos?

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras and be fully present in the moment with us — let our photographer work their magic! Once the reception begins, feel free to capture all the fun, laughter, and spooky surprises!

🕺 What’s the After Party all about?

Answer

The Spook-tacular Hallo-Wedding Bash kicks off at 6:00 PM and goes until 8:30 PM. The bar will close at 8:00 PM, and all cleanup will wrap by 11:00 PM. We’ll have some friendly dance-floor competitions — from Thriller to Monster Mash! So be a “friendly fright” and join in the fun. 👻 The judges (a.k.a. the bride and groom!) are still deciding what spook-tacular prizes await the winners.
