Commonly Asked Questions

You May Have Some Questions, We Have Some Answers If there are any additional questions, please reach out to: The Bride at (813)416-1100 The Groom at (813)363-4342
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Ages 16 and up will be included and invited to the event. But don't worry, we did our research so they won't be left behind!

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Sadly, due to limitations and cost, we will not be including plus ones on the invites.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be all black cocktail attire. This will allow the Bride and Groom to stand out on their special day with their friends and family. If black is not something you feel comfortable in, charcoal grey is another option, but please be sure to work with this dress code in mind to not take away from this long awaited day.

Question

What happens if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

No problem! Please wait by Snow Whites Cottage for the Ceremony to end so it will not cause an interruption during this special time.

Question

When are RSVP's due?

Answer

RSVP's will be due on November 9th, 2026. This is so we can discuss final guest counts with our vendors as well as the venue.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

No worries! There is a tab above called 'RSVP' that will take you to the page needed. All you will have to do is input your name, and your invite, along with those included on the invite, will pop up. From there, you will be prompted to put in who is attending, as well as some smaller questions that the couple would like to know.

Question

What if I have an allergy?

Answer

Please let the couple know! The venue will take place in an outdoor environment during the first half, and the current menu for the Reception is beef and chicken cuisine in order to avoid some present allergies to shellfish. There will be a question in the RSVP tab that will prompt you to list any allergies you or those attending have or need to avoid. But please let the couple know as soon as possible in order to avoid any harm to you and others.

Question

Are pets allowed?

Answer

Due to the venue's restrictions, we will not be including pets in the Ceremony or Reception.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking connected to the venue itself that will allow you not have to plan ahead or potentially pay for your spot. Carpooling is encouraged but not needed for the event.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

Don't worry, we have a Plan B! If the weather turns for the worse on the day of the Wedding, the Ceremony will be moved into the Chapel located near the Reception building. There will be attendee's onsite in order to guide guests to the building from there, but no additional driving or relocation will be needed.

Question

Will it be cold?

Answer

That is yet to be determined. For those coming from out-of-state, no, it will not be. For those who are Florida locals, bring a coat.

Question

What type of shoes should I bring?

Answer

The venue itself has stone walkways, with the reception hall using wood flooring. Walking through rough terrain or vegetation is not to be expected, but comfortable footwear is encouraged. Parking will be close as well if a change of shoes is needed as the night comes to an end.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be alcohol served before the Ceremony, during Cocktail hour, and during the Reception. In Snow White Cottage and inside the Reception hall, there will be a wine and beer service going on. Spirits and mixed drinks will be offered as well on a separate menu.
