Question

What is the best way to get to Key West?

Answer

The easiest way to join us is to fly into Key West International Airport (EYW). If you’re coming from the Philadelphia area, American Airlines offers nonstop flights from Philadelphia (PHL). Coming from somewhere else? Depending on your departure city and airline, you may find a nonstop flight or a connection through a hub such as Miami, Charlotte, or Atlanta. If you’re coming from Southwest Florida, the Key West Express offers passenger ferry service from Fort Myers Beach. The trip takes approximately 3½ to 4 hours.

Question

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Answer

The airport is a short ~10-minute ride from the Casa Marina area, and Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our welcome party, wedding, after-party, and brunch take place from Friday, February 26, through Sunday, February 28, 2027. If your schedule allows, we recommend coming a little earlier so you have time to settle in and enjoy the island.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

You’ll find our recommended hotels, room blocks, and booking codes here on the website. If you choose another hotel or rental, we recommend staying near Casa Marina and The Reach around the southernmost point. This area has a relaxed, historic feel and will keep you close to our wedding events. Farther along Duval Street, you’ll find more of Key West’s lively bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Both areas have plenty of charm, so there’s lots to enjoy wherever you explore.

Question

How do I get around Key West?

Answer

Key West is very walkable, and our recommended hotels are within walking distance of the Casa Marina. From one end of Duval to the other is only a 30-minute walk. If you want to get around quicker or save your feet, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts that are quick and affordable. Getting around this small island is a breeze!

Question

What will the weather be like? What should I pack?

Answer

February is a lovely time to visit Key West, with average daytime highs around 77°F and overnight lows around 67°F. Days are generally warm, and evenings can feel cooler and breezier, especially by the water. Definitely pack a swimsuit for some pool or beach time, plus a light jacket or wrap for after sunset. The milder evenings are usually comfortable for dressing up, but check the forecast before you pack.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by cocktail hour on the patio. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors in the ballroom.

Question

What time should I get to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please follow the times listed on our schedule. The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. sharp on Saturday, February 27. We recommend arriving by 4:30 p.m. so you have time to settle in and stop by the beach bar for a cocktail before the ceremony.

Question

Will there be a wedding after-party?

Answer

Of course! A Key West trolley will pick up guests immediately after the reception and take anyone who wants to keep celebrating to Duval Street for the after-party. We’d love for you to join us!
