Long before they met, Key West was already part of both Anthony and Stefan’s story. As a boy, Stefan traveled there with his brother Jon and his parents, Alison and Rick, staying at the Casa Marina, the oceanfront hotel built by Henry Flagler in 1920 at the end of his Overseas Railroad. After his mother passed away, a portion of her ashes were left there. Before Anthony was born, his parents, Marc and Gina, took a babymoon to the very same hotel and brought home a painting of the Casa Marina. It hung for years in the Lario shore house. When they first started dating, Anthony brought Stefan down the shore. Sitting in the condo was that painting of the Casa Marina. Stefan looked at it and told Anthony about his childhood trips there and about his mom. An invisible string had been tying their stories together long before they knew it. On February 27, 2027, they will be married at the Casa Marina.
