What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm in the Pradel Garden. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive and get situated prior to the start of the ceremony.

Where do I park?

Answer

Meson Sabika has a spacious parking lot. For most events, they do offer valet parking, but you are able to park yourself. Ride share drop off is also convenient at this venue. You may leave your car in the venue lot overnight.

What will I be eating?

Below you will find the tapas selections to be served at each table during dinner. Guests may enjoy hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as late night snacks and sweets later in the evening. Bar will include red & white sangria, Spanish wine selection, domestic and imported beers, and mixed drinks made with the following spirits: Tanqueray, Tito's, Captain Morgan, Johnny Walker Black, Crown Royal, Southern Comfort, Maker's Mark, 1800 Reposado, Disarrono Amaretto, Bailey's Irish Cream, & Kahlua. Tapas #1: Patatas Con Aoili- Robust garlic potato salad with mayonnaise and fresh parsley Tapas #2: Cazuela De Pollo- Chicken casserole with shiitake mushrooms in a lemon wine sauce Tapas #3: Pato Confitado- Duck confit served with cinnamon apples and wild mushrooms in a orange white wine sauce Tapas #4: Pinchito De Moruno- Grilled brochette of marinated pork tenderloin served with a cumin sauce Tapas #5: Pipirrana De Be Buey- Grilled skirt steak on a bed of potatoes and onions drizzled with blue cheese sauce Tapas #6: Queso De Cabra- Oven-baked goat cheese with tomato basil sauce and garlic bread Tapas #7: Pasta Con Pollo- Penne pasta tossed with sauteed chicken, asparagus, and green peas in a tomato sauce

Since we have lived together nearly 6 years, there isn’t much we need. While we aren’t asking for a waffle maker, cash or check donations to fund our dream Jamaican honeymoon would be lovely.
