The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Semi-formal or cocktail attire encouraged. Open bar includes red & white sangria, Spanish wine selection, domestic and imported beers, and mixed drinks made with the following spirits: Tanqueray, Tito's, Captain Morgan, Johnny Walker Black, Crown Royal, Southern Comfort, Maker's Mark, 1800 Reposado.

Dinner will be a selection of Spanish-style tapas: Patatas Con Aoili- Robust garlic potato salad with mayonnaise & fresh parsley Cazuela De Pollo- Chicken casserole with shiitake mushrooms in a lemon wine sauce Pato Confitado- Duck confit served with cinnamon apples & wild mushrooms in a orange white wine sauce Pinchito De Moruno- Grilled brochette of marinated pork tenderloin served with a cumin sauce Pipirrana De Be Buey- Grilled skirt steak on a bed of potatoes & onions drizzled with blue cheese sauce Queso De Cabra- Oven-baked goat cheese with tomato basil sauce & garlic bread Pasta Con Pollo- Penne pasta tossed with sauteed chicken, asparagus, & green peas Guests may enjoy hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as late night snacks & sweets.
