It took 21 years before Karly and Juli became in sync. Over the years (and with age) they share the same brain. They often buy 2 of everything from makeup to clothes to food, they sound the same, they look the same (according to some people) and more times than not, are thinking the same. Before meeting Anthony, everyone was convinced Juli was going to live in the spare room of Karly and Jerald's till Spencer and Parker had to put them in a assisted living home. Garret Drebert

Anthony and Garrett met at the age of 5 playing soccer and there's always been one constant that has remained the same in 33 years of knowing each other-good ol' fashion friendship and brotherhood. Garrett once visited Anthony in Hawaii and proposed to his wife Katie. It was one of Anthony's greatest things to be a part of and witness unfold. Kate Maghan and Anthony helped plan the surprise attack question and it was perfectly executed with Katie obviously saying yes. Garrett and Katie have two beautiful daughters Gracie and Elle and live in Stockton, CA. Best known for: His YETI collection. He is credited for Anthony & Juli's exclusivity with the brand.
Jaxon Valverde

Mike's first son and first nephew on the Valverde side! Anthony helped coach a few seasons of baseball and with the constant birthday gifts themed around golf it was only a matter of time until Jaxon got Uncle's love for golf. Juli and Anthony were recently visiting for Chris and Ana's wedding reception and we got to play our first round of 9 holes at Swenson Park which is where Anthony's dad took him for the first time. Jaxon was hitting 110 yard drives and pured his brand new hybrid hitting it perfect on his first try! Jaxon turned 11 this August and there's no better human to celebrate a birthday week with! Greyson Valverde

Greyson Valverde is one of the most athletically gifted kids Anthony has come across as a golf instructor. He goes full speed in everything he does and gives 100% effort when competing in baseball, soccer, basketball and of course golf! The same effort is applied in how he loves and cares for people. Greyson turned 8 in January of 2021 and we can't wait for you to meet him! Best Known for: His six pack abs. He is a natural athlete!
Spencer Anzai

As Juli's first nephew, Spencer has always been special to her. Before meeting Anthony, Spencer was the designated to caretaker of her Aunty when she got old, as such a bond was shared at a very young age! He has the biggest heart and becomes Mr. Aloha everywhere he goes and with everyone he meets. He turned 5 this year and has officially started kindergarten. Best known for: Running hugs! (stable stance is necessary when receiving a running hug)
Parker Anzai
Ring Bearer
At two years old and being the younger brother he learned very quick how to defend himself. He has become the most loving bruiser of the family and can often be found petting uncle's bald head. He can be bribed with food, TV and "milky". He takes what he wants with no regrets, he once pointed across the table and said, "Juju, noodles" demanding Juli share her food for his third portion of the night. He is cautiously curious and always has a look that he is up to no good. Best known for: Godzilla. Keep one eye open when around him or he will snatch your food or destroy whatever is in front of you.
Lander Valverde

Chris and Ana’s first child and now at the age of 2 knows way more Spanish than Anthony. Lander is a natural at being good looking and wearing bow ties. He plans on writing a novel, studying abroad and learning a 3rd language in the next 2 years of his life. This year he has traveled to Hawaii, Florida, Utah on his private jet attending his parents' exchange of vows and ironman races. Best known for: Most Interesting Baby of All-Time. His unprecedented evolution from crawling with one leg dragging to running high knees is the shortest amount of baby days ever recorded. 2041 Ironman World Championship -1st Place Finisher, new record time of 2hrs22min.
Mike Valverde

Once Mike made Anthony an uncle, hanging out with the new family was all Anthony ever wanted to do when he was home from either Hawaii, Hayward and now San Diego. Mike has a borderline live music addiction that has naturally rubbed off on Anthony. Whether it is attending concerts together like Dead & Company over New Years or going to Giants games to camping trips or coaching his kids together it was all about being with family. Mike was an easy choice for Juli and Anthony to pick as their Officiant for one of his many talents-controlling a room with strong charisma. Best known for: Grand Theft Auto. Stealing his parents car at 15, driving to high school and getting caught by another friend's parents
Kay & Larry Suzuki
JULI'S PARENTS
Since a young age, Kay and Larry have been the most supportive parents, showing up to every hula practice, softball game or milestone in Juli's life. Once Juli had a recital for hula and Larry couldn't make it, she cried and dedicated her dance to him. Everyone thought that something tragic happened to him, only to find out he was at work. They are always a phone call away for advice, Kay usually being the pharmacist and letting everyone know what drugs to take for their specific symptoms and keeping us updated on the rest of the family. When Anthony asked them for permission, Larry's response was "That's on you if you want to spend the rest of your life with her" Best known for: Smuggling the goods. Record set at 60lbs of Zippy's chili, Portuguese sausage, pineapple sausage and more!
Marci & Jerry Valverde
ANTHONY'S PARENTS
It’s almost as if they were not only parents of Mike, Chris & Anthony but the entire town of Stockton. Marci & Jerry might have hosted more parties, gatherings and events than any other household in Stockton combined. From backyard water slides and summer bar-b-ques to new years dance parties Marci and Jerry were always the key ingredient to any good time. Their love for travel and adventure with family and friends is one of Anthony and Juli’s favorite things about them. The way they care about people is infectious and we can’t wait to all be together for the biggest party yet, as they celebrate their youngest son Anthony getting married to Juli Suzuki. Best known for: Life of the party! Whether that is hosting, or unknowingly providing their house for a party.
