What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm. Please prepare and arrive with enough time to walk down to the ceremony site and be seated before the start time. After 5:30pm, you may not be able to be seated until the processional has finished and we don’t want you to miss a thing.

Where is the Reception?

The Reception will be at the clubhouse on the golf course with signage. There are golf carts available for anyone who needs assistance.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

There is plenty of parking on the property with golf carts available for anyone needing assistance around the golf course.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children other than immediate family. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be an open bar for the reception. Last call is 10:30pm before the event ends. Please drink responsibly, safely, and plan appropriate transportation home - this nurse is off the clock.

We have carefully selected a menu to allow everyone to enjoy. We also have gluten free alternatives as well.
