Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening. For the gentlemen, this means suits or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie/bowtie or sports coat. For the ladies think dresses, fancy jumpsuits, or suits if you're comfortable. Wear any color you like, but please no white. Please note that the bridal party will be wearing forest green.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 4, 2026 using the QR code on your invitation. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure that everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly. If you do not RSVP by 4/4, we will assume you are unable to attend, and we will be unable to accommodate late RSVPs.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults only occasion. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a night off, and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the headcount limit we gave our venue, we have not been able to give everyone a plus one. It will be indicated on your invitation if you have a plus one.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a free parking garage across the street from our venue in downtown Elgin.

Question

What time should i arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 4:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. If you show up late, you may need to wait downstairs until the ceremony is over to avoid interruptions.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We would love for everyone to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
