Starting March 6th, 2022, Safe Access O'ahu ends, meaning: -Proof of Vaccination/Negative COVID tests will no longer be required to enter an outdoor event on O`ahu -Masks will not be required outdoors (they are still required indoors in Hawai`i) -Self-serve buffets are allowed Keep in mind that Safe Access O`ahu is an entirely different program from Safe Travels Hawaii , which is still in place through March 25th (the Governor just announced that this will end on March 25th, today, yay!). If you/your guests will be flying to Hawaii for your event, they will still need to complete the required steps (uploading vaccination card or negative COVID test) through Safe Travels Hawaii website in order to avoid quarantine upon arrival, if they will be traveling here on March 25th or sooner.
